The President’s Club is an elite sponsorship tier designed for organizations that want to maximize their brand’s footprint while streamlining their community investment. By bundling your annual event support into a single, high-impact package, you ensure consistent, high-profile recognition at every major Alliance event throughout the year. This program is more than just marketing; it is a statement of leadership and a commitment to the economic prosperity of Hardin County.
Year-Round Visibility: Receive premier logo placement and verbal recognition at our most attended gatherings, including the Annual Awards Gala, the Alliance Golf Outing, and our monthly networking sessions.
Operational Efficiency: Simplify your marketing budget. Instead of managing multiple individual sponsorship requests, the President’s Club allows you to secure your presence for the entire year with one strategic decision.
Exclusive Benefits: President’s Club members enjoy unique perks, such as providing the complimentary meals for our Young Professionals (YP), Membership Breakfasts, and Economic Development meetings—associating your brand with the growth and nourishment of our local leaders.
Elite Network: Join a select group of Hardin County’s most influential organizations, positioning your brand at the forefront of regional decision-making.
The Hardin County Safety Council is the region’s premier hub for occupational health and safety excellence. In partnership with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC), we provide employers with the direct resources, expert training, and peer networking required to foster a safer workplace. Participation in the Safety Council is more than a commitment to your employees; it is a strategic move to protect your bottom line and reduce your operational insurance costs.
Earn Premium Rebates: Eligible employers who meet the BWC attendance and participation requirements can earn up to a 3% rebate on their annual workers' compensation premiums.
Expert Safety Training: Our monthly meetings (July–May) at the Memorial Park Golf Course feature industry experts discussing vital topics—from OSHA compliance and hazard mitigation to mental health and wellness in the workplace.
Proactive Risk Management: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends. We provide the tools you need to identify risks before they become accidents, protecting your most valuable asset—your people.
Collaborative Network: Connect with safety professionals and business owners across Hardin County to share best practices and proven strategies for maintaining a culture of safety.
Hardin County businesses shouldn't have to navigate complex insurance and utility markets alone. By leveraging the collective buying power of our nearly 300 members, the Alliance provides access to high-value "Group" programs typically reserved for large corporations. These strategic alliances allow small to mid-sized organizations to significantly reduce their fixed overhead, redirecting those savings back into their growth and workforce.
Small business owners often struggle with the rising cost of healthcare. Through our partnership with the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA), members with 2–50 employees can access a self-funded medical benefit plan. This program offers competitive rates, fixed monthly payments, and the potential for a "return of premium" in years where claims are lower than expected.
While the Safety Council offers a rebate for participation, our Group Rating Program offers a discount based on your safety record. By "pooling" your risk with other safety-conscious Alliance members, you can access much deeper premium discounts than you could on your own. This is a vital tool for managing your annual BWC obligations.
Energy costs can be one of a business's most unpredictable expenses. We partner with specialized energy consultants to offer managed electricity and natural gas programs. We monitor the markets and negotiate commercial rates on behalf of our members, providing you with price stability and protection against market volatility.
Our value extends into every corner of your business operations. Beyond our flagship savings programs, members enjoy access to:
Certificate of Origin Services: Essential for our local manufacturers engaged in international shipping.
Member-to-Member Discounts: A local "loyalty" network where members offer exclusive pricing to one another.
Mailing Lists & Labels: Target your local marketing by accessing the curated list of Hardin County business leaders.

Enroll your staff in Hardin County Young Professionals or join the Chamber Ambassadors to build deeper roots in the local business landscape.
The Hardin County Young Professionals (YP) program is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining the next generation of leaders in our region. We provide a dynamic environment where emerging professionals—typically ages 21 to 45—can build meaningful relationships, sharpen their leadership skills, and take an active role in shaping the community where they live and work. By bridging the gap between established leadership and the rising workforce, the YP program ensures a continuous pipeline of talent and innovation for Hardin County.
Known as the "welcoming arm" of the organization, Ambassadors play a critical role in member retention and recruitment by providing a peer-to-peer connection for new and existing businesses. This elite circle of leaders is dedicated to promoting the Chamber’s mission, celebrating local milestones, and ensuring that every member feels connected to the resources they need to thrive.
Plan your professional development and networking calendar with precision. These consistent touchpoints are designed to provide maximum value in a compact timeframe, ensuring you stay connected to regional leadership and peer-to-peer opportunities.
